George has worked at Deloitte, Chubb and Aviva in the Financial Service sector. He combines a first-hand understanding of business processes, control frameworks and reporting requirements with a knowledge of system capabilities.

George has led multiple change projects including the implementation of Oracle Fusion, Balance Sheet Reconciliation Solutions, Revenue Management Tools for Asset Management, Finance Data Warehouses, Finance Accounting Rules Engines and Risk Management Tools.

George is ACA qualified and has also worked in Internal Audit, External Audit and Finance Control functions.

As the founding member of Operam Partners, Vinod had over 25 years of experience characterised by the successful delivery of Oracle driven Finance, HR and Logistics transformation initiatives. His achievements spanned industry sectors and were significant in size, complexity, geographic spread and cultural diversity.

Vinod successfully founded Operam Partners and his energy and passion was instrumental in setting up the capabilities and services that the Company offers today.

Vinod sadly passed away in February 2020.
